One morning I decided to stalk Nixon (as usual) with my camera. All bundled up, he was sporting the sweetest bed head ever! His facial expressions were priceless and I couldn't resist but watch, wait, and snap some shots. Nixon at 5 weeks:

wait for it...
smiley face...
back to serious sleepy face.
Disclaimer: I am aware that Nixon is sleeping on his belly...BUT he loves sleeping that way and only does so when I am around to supervise. So, don't judge K.

Nixon is such a cutie!! he's getting so big! i wish i would have been brave enough to let char sleep on her tummy when she was that young. it would have saved me a huge headache with tummy time. hey, any chance you guys will be up for a visit when your mom's gonna be in town? oh and before i forget i need your address. . . i have a bunch of stuff to send you and i totally lost your address.

NIXON SEEMS TO RELAX MORE ON HIS BELLY - I THINK IT FEELS GOOD WHEN HE IS GASSY AND I FIGURE THAT MOMS USED TO DO IT ALLTHE TIME AND IF I AM AROUND IT SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM. PLUS HE SEEMS TO BE GETTING REALLY STRONG.
WE WILL BE UP FOR ANALIA'S GRADUATION IN A FEW WEEKS- HOPEFULLY WE WIL SEE YOU GUYS WHILE WE ARE THERE!

When ever my mom would come over and help me out with my little ones, she ALWAYS put them on their tummies and they ALWAYS slept better. After my second child, and fighting my mom all the time, I gave up and for the last two they got more tummy sleeping. It also helped them to keep their hair on the back of their head. My mom used to say the same thing... ALL FOUR OF YOUR GIRLS ALL SLEPT ON YOUR TUMMIES AND YOU ARE ALL JUST FINE! LOL!
